What is Twist and Tuck a member of and who do they compete with?
Twist and Tuck Power Tumbling is a member of USA Gymnastics (USAG). This association not only governs the sport, but it determines the rules and regulations and provides certifications for coaches and judges, as well. Currently there are 3,234 trampoline and tumbling competitors who are registered with the USAG. The atheletes that compete with Twist and Tuck participate in local exhibitions and competitive meets, both in this area and throughout the world.
Our History
Twist and Tuck Power Tumbling, Inc. has currently been around for about 18 years. It was started by the current President Renee' H. Moody in a store front in downtown Lincolnton. In the past five years Twist and Tuck has produced six National Champions. Currently Twist and Tuck has approximately 500 students enrolled and many satisfied parents.
