Renee' started Twist and Tuck eighteen years ago in a store front in downtown Lincolnton. Renee' has an impressive list of credits and accomplishments that include:

- Lincolnton - Lincoln Chain of Commerce Vice Chair of Public Affairs and Education, Member of the Executive Board of Directors and Small Buisness Council for Nine Years
Presently Renee' and her husband, Rick, own and operate a facility in Lincolnton and Denver N.C. with approximately 500 children currently enrolled, both programs are efficient and successful with many, many happy children, and satisfied parents.

Rick has been coaching at Twist and Tuck for the past twelve years. He has been coaching the Twist and Tuck Competitive Team for the past six years (1997-2002).
Rick is USAG Safety Certified, as well as a certified coach with USAGTT (Levels 1, 2, and 3), and a certified Judge with USAGTT (Levels 4, 3, 2, and 1).
Under Rick's coaching during the past five years, Twist and Tuck has produced six National Champions, nine silver medalists, and 2 bronze medalists with 22 top ten finishers. (In the National Championships).
Rick has coached more than 70 State Champions, and three State Championship Teams. He has also coached an athelete to the Junior Olympic Team Finals to a fifth place finish overall in 1999 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rick relates effectively to all levels of children, and is an exceptional coach.
Debra was a competitive gymnast for fourteen years in Southern California. She earned an atheletic scholarship to California Polytechnic University at Pomona. Debra has fifteen years of coaching experience in women's gymnastics. She is presently USAG Safety Certified, as well as KAT Certified (Kinder Accreditation for Teachers). Debra lives in Denver, N.C. with her husband and three children.
